AP: Trooper's triplets in crash: 1 dead, 2 injured
AP sources: NJ trooper's daughter dies, triplet sisters critically injured in school bus crash

CHESTERFIELD, N.J. (AP) ' Law enforcement officials say a New Jersey state trooper's 11-year-old daughter is dead and her two triplet sisters are in critical condition following a crash between a school bus and dump truck south of Trenton.

The officials identified the father as Trooper Anthony Tezsla. They spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to release any names.

The name of the girl killed Thursday in Chesterfield has not yet been made public.



Three children were critically injured. Cooper University Hospital in Camden has identified two as Sophie and Natalie Tezsla, both 11. A third student, 11-year-old Jonathan Zdybel, is also reported in critical condition.

Chesterfield police identified the bus driver as 66-year-old John Tieman of Beverly and the truck driver as 38-year-old Michael Caporale of New Egypt. The crash investigation continues.
