Tracking changing choices in key GOP territory: from undecided to Gingrich or Santorum or ...
The Associated Press has been interviewing Republicans in a key southwest Ohio region since late September to track how voters are making up their minds about the presidential race ahead of the state's March 6 primary. Here's how a half-dozen people's positions have changed:
Dan and Pat Keith, Hamilton ' in late September: both undecided, Pat leaning to Herman Cain or Newt Gingrich. Early December ' both for Gingrich. Late February ' both for Gingrich.
Lori Viars, Lebanon ' late September: undecided. Late November: undecided, leaning Rick Santorum. Late February: for Santorum.
Mike Wilson, Springdale ' late September: undecided, had supported former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty before he dropped out. Late November: undecided. Late February: undecided, "leaning slightly" to Mitt Romney.
Bill Langdon, West Chester Township ' late September: undecided, interested in Cain. Early December: for Gingrich. Late February: undecided, leaning to Romney.
Sandra Arno, Springdale ' early November: undecided between Cain and Gingrich. Early December: for Gingrich. Late February: undecided, leaning to Romney.
