Colts face more QB questions after another loss
With Manning out, Collins hurt, Indy dealing with more QB questions after another loss
By The Associated Press

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) ' Peyton Manning is out, possibly for the rest of Indianapolis' season.

Kerry Collins has struggled and now he's hurt. Curtis Painter led the Colts to their most meaningful touchdown drive of the season after replacing the injured Collins on Sunday night.

And there's not another quarterback on Indy's active roster.

At 0-3 and with disgruntled fans looking for answers, some are calling on the Colts to tank the season so they can select Andrew Luck in April's draft.

It's the kind of mess Indianapolis has been able to avoid since drafting Manning with the No. 1 overall pick in 1998.

But there seems to be no escape from avoiding a quarterback controversy this week.
