Hospital says 2 students wounded in Ohio school shooting remain in serious, stable conditions
CHARDON, Ohio (AP) ' A spokeswoman for a hospital caring for two students wounded in an Ohio school shooting says the children's conditions remain unchanged.
Heather Phillips of the Cleveland Clinic says one student is in serious condition and the other in stable condition at the clinic's Hillcrest Hospital in suburban Mayfield Heights.
Phillips said Tuesday morning the hospital is not releasing the students' names at the request of their families. The conditions of two other students taken to MetroHealth System weren't immediately available.
Five students were shot when a teenager opened fire at Chardon High School east of Cleveland Monday morning just as classes were about to begin. One student died.
