Appeals court ruling could prompt Obama admin to launch wider review of deportation cases
WASHINGTON (AP) ' Immigration experts say a federal appeals court decision to delay deportation of illegal immigrants raises uncomfortable questions about the 12 million illegal immigrants in the United States.
This week an appeals court in San Francisco ordered the Obama administration to review cases involving seven people. The court asked whether the immigrants can avoid deportation under a policy meant to focus on deporting criminals and people who pose a threat to the country.
