DA to review role of victim's widow in murder of Ga. man outside Atlanta preschool
DECATUR, Ga. (AP) ' Prosecutors say they are reviewing whether to charge a woman they have already suggested was a co-conspirator in the killing of her husband.
District Attorney Robert James said Thursday his office is looking into charging Andrea Sneiderman, telling reporters to "stay tuned." Her former boss, Hemy Neuman, was found guilty but mentally ill and sentenced Thursday to life in prison without parole for shooting her husband in 2010.
Sneiderman says she has not done anything wrong and denied knowing about the shooting.
Neuman supervised her at General Electric. Defense lawyers and prosecutors linked the shooting to an affair between the two. She has denied those allegations.
Neuman claimed he was insane during the killing. Prosecutors say he was jealous of his victim's life.
