Judges orders deposition in Casey Anthony lawsuit
Judge says Casey Anthony attorneys can question head of Texas search group suing her
By The Associated Press

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) ' A Florida judge says the founder of a Texas group that searches for missing children can be questioned under oath by lawyers for Casey Anthony.

Tim Miller, the head of the Texas EquuSearch group, is suing Anthony for more than $100,000 for what the organization says it spent searching for Caylee Anthony.

Judge Lisa Munyon set a seven-hour time limit for the questioning.

EquuSearch sued Casey Anthony after she was acquitted of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee. The lawsuit claims Anthony knew Caylee was already dead when her family approached the group to assist in the search. The group says that was fraud.
