Key witness' story scrutinized in NJ webcam trial
Key prosecution witness' story gets more scrutiny in Rutgers webcam spying trial
By The Associated Press

NEW BRUNWSICK, N.J. (AP) ' A defense lawyer for a former Rutgers University student accused of using a webcam to spy on his roommate's intimate encounter with another man is zeroing in on one of the prosecution's key witnesses.

Lawyer Steven Altman has been asking Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office Investigator Frank DiNinno about his interviews with Lokesh Ojha (LOW'-kesh oj-HA').

Ojha testified Monday that he helped Dharun Ravi (dah-ROON' RAH'-vee) get the angle right on his webcam.

But Altman questioned the details of his story. Now, he's asking an investigator about details, too.

Ravi faces 15 criminal counts, including bias intimidation and invasion of privacy. His roommate, Tyler Clementi, committed suicide in September 2010, days after the alleged spying.
