Other man in Rutgers video stream testifies that he noticed webcam pointed at student's bed
By The Associated Press

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. (AP) ' A man who witnesses say was seen via webcam kissing a Rutgers University student who later committed suicide says he wanted to be sensitive to the student's roommate.

The man identified only by the initials M.B. testified Friday in the bias intimidation trial of Darhun Ravi (dah-ROON' RAH'-vee), who is accused of spying on the pair with a webcam.

M.B. said the first time he met with Tyler Clementi he wanted to make sure he was gone by 2 a.m. when Ravi was due home. He said he didn't want to create any conflict between the roommates.

In earlier testimony, he said he noticed a webcam pointed toward the bed while he was intimate with Clementi.
