New trial ordered in 'Extreme Makeover' bus case
Court orders new trial in dispute over bus featured on 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition'
By The Associated Press

IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) ' A court has ordered a new trial in a dispute over the sale of a luxury bus featured on ABC's popular show "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition."

Rose Grady, an Iowa woman who owned the bus, claimed her ex-boyfriend and a salesman took the bus without her consent when she was dying from cancer in 2005.

Grady was irate in 2006 when she saw the bus featured on the show, which is known for the catchphrase "Move that bus!" to reveal a family's new home. She later learned the bus was sold for $740,000 to a company that leases it to the show.

Grady died in 2006, but her brother is continuing a lawsuit against the salesman. An appeals court ruled Thursday a judge erred when he dismissed the case.
