New update/new tricks
I'm not alone in this. There are many more of you out there, and you know who you are, who love to get (and I get I mean purchase) a new iPhone application just to play around with it for a few days. But maybe you're someone who likes to have all of those applications live on your iPhone indefinitely. If you are someone who loves having all the cool Applications, and just happen to fill up multiple pages, say six pages full up Apps, or more -- and you know who you are, there is a trick for simple navigation in the new software update.
Here's how it goes:
Say you are on one of those pages. Let's say page six. Now you want to get back to the home page without sliding your finger like a mad man.
Now with the new 2.2 firmware update. Simple Tap the "HOME BUTTON" once, and you are now back at Page one of your Applications.
It seems simple, but if you've been living under pages of applications, and you've been sliding your fingers across the screen to navigate back and forth, it's a little update that can save you a lot of time.
And now that you have more time, you can go and purchase that application that you've been eyeballing at the iTunes store.
