Maricopa County Superior Court officials said 50-year-old Yusra Farhan entered the plea Monday.

Police say Farhan burned her daughter on the face and chest with a hot spoon.
Two other defendants, 18-year-old Tabarak Altameemi and 45-year-old Mohammed Altameemi, also pleaded not guilty to assault and unlawful imprisonment.
