Police arrest 2 men, identify top suspect in Mumbai blasts that killed 27 people in July
By The Associated Press

NEW DELHI (AP) ' A top anti-terrorism investigator says Mumbai police have arrested two men involved in the triple blasts that hit India's financial hub six months ago.

Rakesh Maria says police investigators have solved the Mumbai case with the arrest of the men in eastern India.

Maria told a news conference Monday that police had also unraveled the financial trail leading to the blasts that killed 27 people in Mumbai in July.

However, he said police have yet to trace the top suspect, Yasin Bhatkal.

Bhatkal is a top leader of the domestic Indian Mujahedeen group blamed for the blasts.

At least 137 people were injured in the rush-hour attacks in three busy Mumbai neighborhoods.
