Romney in NH after narrow Iowa win
A grinning Romney arrives in NH to face heat in GOP race
By The Associated Press

MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) ' Republican presidential front-runner Mitt Romney is in New Hampshire after a razor-thin Iowa win.

It's almost home turf for the former Massachusetts governor.

On his way to New Hampshire, Romney told reporters that he spoke Tuesday night with all his GOP rivals except Newt Gingrich. He says he's operating on about two hours sleep because the wait for final Iowa caucus results stretched into the early morning.

Romney says he and wife Ann learned from his campaign manager that he had eked out a narrow win.

Aboard his campaign plane, the former Massachusetts governor wouldn't characterize his victory margin of only eight votes when asked if it would have been better to win by a landslide.
