UK hacking suspect will fight extradition to US
British lawyer: We'll fight alleged hacker's extradition to the United States
By The Associated Press

LONDON (AP) ' The lawyer for a British hacking suspect says she'll fight any moves to extradite him to the United States.

A U.S. federal indictment filed Tuesday alleged that the 20-year-old hacked into sites for the talent competition "The X-Factor," ''PBS NewsHour," Sony Pictures and others.

Ryan Cleary already faces British charges that he and others hacked the Serious Organized Crime Agency and various U.K. music sites ' all while he was still a teenager. In a statement, his lawyer Karen Todner says that any move to extradite Cleary to the U.S. would be "fiercely contested."

Todner said Friday that Cleary suffers from Asperger's Syndrome and that his removal to America was "totally undesirable."
