By The Associated Press

NEW YORK (AP) ' U.S. stock market futures are rising, following modest gains in France and Germany, as concerns over the debt crisis ease a bit.

A day after the Dow Jones industrial average took a 203-point dive, Dow Jones futures are up 47 points to 12,791. Standard & Poor's 500 futures are up 5.8 points at 1,347. Nasdaq composite futures added 12.5 points to 2,602.
