Put your videos on your Blackberry
Wondershare's Video Converter for Blackberry enables you to take your videos captured with a digital camera, video camera, videos from the Web, and other video-enabled devices and convert them to a format that the Blackberry smart phone can read. The interface is simple enough, with Add, Edit, and Options buttons at the top, a preview window to the right, profile and output settings on the bottom portion of the interface, and a big red Start button under the preview window.
The first order of business when working with Wondershare's Video Converter for Blackberry is to add the video you want converted to Blackberry format. The application supports a variety of video formats, ranging from AVI and MPEG files, including MPEG-4, to Flash video, Nullsoft Stream video, NUT files, MKV, files, to high definition video files such as .ts, .m2ts, .tp, and .trp files. Once you've added your video file your next step is to choose a Blackberry profile. Profiles include all the popular Blackberry phones, including the Tour series, Storm series, Blackberry Bold, 8800 series, AVI series, and 3gp.
File format support
The Edit tab enables you to make tweaks to your video before conversion. Within this tab, there are several tabs; Crop, Effect, Trim, Watermark, Subtitle. The Crop tool enables you to change the viewing format of the video. You can change the view to full screen, 16:9, 4:3, letterbox, and Pan&Scan.
Effect. Old film applied to the final output video at right.
Effect enables you to adjust the brightness of the output video, as well as the contrast and saturation. You can also change the look with a negative effect, old film, gray, and emboss. There also is a deinterlacing pulldown that enables you to repeat even or odd fields, or even and odd interpolation.
The Trim tool enables you to cut the video by setting a start and end time of the final output video. This enables you to select only the portion of the video that you want converted, while deleting the unwanted footage, thus saving memory on your phone.
Watermark. The watermark (box at bottom left corner, output video) can be expanded or contracted.
This tool enables you to add a watermark, be it an image file or a text file to your video. You can position the watermark anywhere on the video clip and at any size. You can adjust the image transparency as well as the horizontal and vertical space. Text-based watermarks can also be added to the clip complete with transparency as well as horizontal and vertical space sizing.
When you've done all you want to your video, edited, and trimmed what you want out, added a watermark, and your profile is selected, select an output destination, and press the big green Start button. The software does the rest.
