D.C. Works to Deter Cellphone Thefts

Washington, D.C. officials say they're taking steps to deter cellphone thefts. Mayor Vincent Gray and Police Chief Cathy Lanier say residents whose phones are stolen can now call their carriers and have them remotely cut, or 'bricked.'
