Nicole Kidman was selected as a Lifetime Impact Honoree today for her work on behalf of UN Women. The actress, who gave a stirring speech as she accepted the honor at Variety's Power of Women lunch, stopped to talk with us just before the ceremony. Nicole recalled meeting women around the world through her work with the organization -some of whom have brought her to tears with their stories. She also shared her hope for what life will be like for the world's next generation of women.
