He may be suspended from the game, but Alex Rodriguez is ready to play ball, in court. The Yankees third baseman has been suspended a record 211 games by Major League Baseball for his alleged involvement in the Biogenesis performance-enhancing drug scandal, and now he's firing back. A-Rod has sued the MLB, claiming that the league engaged in "tortious interference" in an effort to push him out of the league. The New York Times reports that the lawsuit alleges that the MLB bought the corporation involved in the scandal, and paid one hundred and fifty thousand dollars in cash for stolen records related to A-Rod.
