Padma Lakshmi is Fitness Magazine's November/December cover girl and believe it or not, she says every season of Top Chef she goes up two dress sizes! But once the cameras stop rolling Padma tells the mag she follows a "clean diet--no meats, no sweets, no alcohol, no cheese, no fried food, no wheat!" She also says she hits the gym five days a week. The stunning TV host who shed a whopping 45 pounds after giving birth to her now 3-year-old daughter, Krishna, also admits getting her post baby bod took 13 months of work. For more, check it out!
