As of Tuesday, Walt Disney Studios has broken its previous global box-office record of $3.791 billion, set in 2010.The studio surpassed its previously held record with the help by the strong business of Marvel's Thor: The Dark World, which is currently in theaters. The film opened No. 1 at the box office on Nov. 8 with $85.7 million and has earned $348.5M million worldwide since beginning its international rollout October 30.
