The recall of the 2014 Mercedes-Benz S Class only affects 2014 S550 models manufactured from April 11, 2013 through October 14, 2013. There are believed to be 290 cars affected by the recall in the U.S. According to the automaker, the front seat belt anchors in the affected cars may not have been installed correctly, allowing them to come loose in a crash.
