There's no two ways about it: Chrysler has made some dramatic improvements in the 200 midsize sedan that it is showing at the North American International Auto Show here, which just opened to the public. But are the changes dramatic enough to compete against the leaders in the segment? In just about any other category, the 200 would probably rise to the top.
