The Sunday talk shows will be dominated by politicians and officials dissecting President Obama's speech about electronic surveillance and privacy issues. In a major speech Friday, Obama announced an array of intelligence reforms in an effort to satisfy privacy concerns without gutting intelligence programs aimed at tracking terrorists. Prompted by revelations from former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden, Obama attempted to head off mounting opposition to the massive collection of electronic data by the NSA. "We cannot unilaterally disarm our intelligence agencies," Obama said. ''President Obama's announced solution to the NSA spying controversy is the same unconstitutional program with a new configuration,'' said Sen. Rand Paul.
