Two Days After Deadly Rampage, Maryland Mall Reopening

By DMO Affiliate
Police promised a strong security presence when The Mall in Columbia outside Baltimore reopened today at 1 p.m. A shooting rampage took place Saturday at The Zumiez store, leaving the gunman and two others dead. Howard County police said the store itself will not be open or visible. Officers have interviewed friends and family members of the 19-year-old gunman Darion Aguilar, who was described as a quiet, skinny teen less than a year out of high school. Aguilar, who had no previous problems with the law, fatally shot two people who worked at Zumiez before killing himself.
