Obama Picks Sally Yates for No. 2 Spot at Justice Department

U.S. President Barack Obama on Monday nominated Sally Yates, a federal prosecutor for the Northern District of Georgia, to fill the second-highest ranking position at the U.S. Justice Department on Monday. The 54-year-old Yates has a record of fighting public corruption and has handled several high-profile cases, including the prosecution of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics bomber.
