While you were cheerily celebrating Christmas Day, Neil DeGrasse Tyson was inserting a little scientific stuffing into your turkey of tradition. The astrophysicist and "Cosmos" presenter chose Christmas Day to offer this tweet: "On this day long ago, a child was born who, by age 30, would transform the world. Happy Birthday Isaac Newton b. Dec 25, 1642." This, stunningly, became his most retweeted effort of all time.
