[??] >> at the table, with john, president and ceo of mighty incorporated. >> thanks. >> with your figure, why are we at a pancake house? >> john is a sandy local. the pancake house is around the street. when you're a mighty guy like john, you need a big breakfast to facilitate growth throughout the day. >> sure. [laughter] >> look at this. >> that's an omelette. that is so nice. >> what is mighty inc. >> when the company was formed, it was tables and chairs for the church industry. and the tables back in that day were very heavy. they weren't very sturdy. so the invention was a height weight, durable table that people can set up and teardown very, very quickly. all of our tables with rare exceptions are portable in nature. so people are able to move them around, take them up, put them down. >> i know restaurant workers probably appreciate lighter tables. talk to us more about what makes this product so durable? >> well, the interesting part of it, is it's an abs plastic material. >> what is division for mighty? >> division for mighter is to be a leader. we operate in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, large convention centers and arenas, we dabble in church now and education. >> the cool thing is, is that it's a utah company. >> we've grown to over $100 million. $100 million of that is manufactured in utah. >> wow! >> over 400 employees in utah county. talk about how you've infused that economy. >> it's a vibrant area. it's full of skilled workers, two major universities in that area that give us a ton of skilled and unskilled labor. and it's just a wonderful place to be. i would not move out of utah county for anything. i've lived in eight u.s. cities. i'll never leave utah, unless they throw me out, which is possible. unless that happens, i'm not leaving! >> you have so many things going. utah manufacturer's association, your flphilanthropy, your community service, >> making it a more conducive environment for manufacturing to come to not only to utah county, but utah in general. the philanthropy we do, we're proud of. it's something we started four years ago. we pick a domestic charitable cause and international charitable cause. we've honored our fallen warriors before locally. we've worked with habitat for humanity locally. for every dollar our employee gives, the company matches dollar for dollar. we do a service mission locally and internationally every year. >> it sounds like a mighty future. companies in the united states. a couple of overseas. this group of people is unlike i've ever wrked with! they care about our company first and foremost. they care about each other secondly. and they care about our future, third. which is really important. and the who we are, is more important to me than the what we are. >> john dudash, president, ceo
