A complaint made by the customer was made on social media. Sat, 05 Aug 2017 03:00:06 +0000 Branson auto shop owner addresses issues with customer A complaint made by the customer was made on social media. KSPR remember seeing this video a few weeks ago....a man surprised to see his car go through the drive-thru of a restaurant when it was supposed to be in the shop. we first told you about a complaint made against eagle eye auto in branson... tonight...the owner of the shop is speaking out. frances watson has the update. 00:10-00:14 00:28-00:32 01:42-01:46 "after our last story and the facebook posts we got together with eagle eye automotive owner eric sorenson to get to the bottom of the situation and to find out what his customers can expect." "we try to take care of it as best we can. my guys are here late, weekends. you'll find very few places with the integrity and the devotion to our customers as here." eagle eye auto shop owner, eric sorenson says he offered aaron johnson his expert advice. "several times i told him i didn't believe he had a transmission issue, he had a misfire and i told him i'd gladly check that for him. he insisted that it was the transmission issue. i said we would have to keep driving it until we can get it to do what your saying it's going to do." the car would have to stay in the shop a little longer. "now to send a guy out all day to drive a vehicle isn't practical. so if they can drive it on their time, it's not like he went to florida, it's 17 miles away, that's a good test drive." a technician drove the car from branson to forsyth... "that's pretty standard. i worked for two dealerships and a couple other shops. that's a normal proceedure." still...johnson became upset when seeing his car being driven... and fired off a complaint on social media.... this caught sorenson off guard. "i stand by my reputation." and so do his regular me sending thank you cards for his service. "even after the facebook stuff i still tried to apease and still tried to take care of and talk to him, as a person but you can't make everyone happy." still trying to offer johnson his services. "even now i would try and take care of that for him, just out of, that's just the way i am." "as for aaron johnson, the customer who levied the complaint against eagle eye automotive, i did reach out to him several times today for his side of the story. i have yet to get a response. reporting in branson, frances watson, kspr news." eagle eye auto has been in business for a decade. the owner says they will continue to provide the level of service the community has come to expect. tonightmostly clear,
