[indiscernible] >>heather: it is in practice unless you have bacon. >> applewood smoked bacon. >>heather: what's inside that quiche there? >> there's bacon, red peppers, cheese. >>heather: it looks and smells delicious in here. i think i may also be smelling something in the oven. do you want to get that out? we are talking oyster week. >> it starts next week. third week of the month. have been for the entire year so we continue that. then the christmas holiday and new year's are always very popular and special. >>heather: why do you think wasters are so popular for new year's? >> i think it's a unique thing. >> it's a novelty item. you don't get wasters aoysters. >>heather: as you are pleading them up, talk to me about the different types here. >> these are rockefeller, then we have danville. >> that's my favorite. >>heather: why is that? >> i just like the way it's put together with the parmesan. it has a rich luxurious taste. >>heather: oyster week kicks off december 18 on monday. you can get specials on these and chase it with some champagne. >> perfect. >>heather: that sounds perfect to me too. coming up, we will talk new year's and holiday gift basket ideas. in the meantime,
