The microbiologist, real estate developer, inventor, and entrepreneur debuts a new online journal from which he will communicate his thoughts and experiences to the world.
MONTREAL, QC / ACCESSWIRE / September 7, 2021 / It is with great pleasure that Arian Azarbar, microbiologist, real estate developer, inventor, and entrepreneur announces that he has launched a new blog, bolstered by five inaugural entries. The blog is hosted by a well-known online platform, and will mostly deal with matters relating to recreation and healthy lifestyle habits, as these are Arian’s areas of personal interest.
In the most recent installment of his blog, entitled 4 Magnificent Must-See Scuba Diving Destinations, Arian Azarbar describes some of the world’s foremost locations to indulge in recreational underwater exploration, one of his favourite hobbies. Included on his list of locales are Malaysia, French Polynesia, Hawaii, and Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. In the portion of the blog dealing with Hawaii, Arian writes that although the island chain’s relative remoteness means that it plays host to significantly fewer fish species than in other areas, such as the Caribbean Sea, nonetheless “it provides the opportunity to discover marine life not found anywhere else on Earth.” He continues, further detailing the Aloha State’s many highlights for scuba diving enthusiasts, “The manta-ray-night-dive, off the island of Kona, is one of the world’s most popular dives. Those who are looking to discover rare invertebrates and new fish enjoy diving off Lana’i. The chance for a glimpse at hammerhead sharks and the rare Hawaiian monk seal is offered to divers off Moloka’i.”
In the preceding blog entry, entitled Arian Azarbar – How to Exercise When Traveling Often for Work, Arian provides insight into some handy ways to keep active while engaging in time-consuming and routine-disrupting business trips. Among the most important of the many tips outlined in this blog entry is the concept of preparedness. In a section subtitled ‘Creating a Plan’, Arian writes about how useful it is to “take some time to review your schedule and look for a time each day that you can exercise.” He continues that it is usually possible to “work out during a long lunch break between meetings,” or, failing that, he suggests that “before things start in the morning, go for a run.” In a final word of advice, Arian Azarbar advises that it is crucial to “Add your work out time to your calendar as an appointment.”
Two of the blog entries before these, entitled Arian Azarbar – Cooking for a Healthier Lifestyle When Traveling and Arian Azarbar – Smart Tips for Staying Healthy While Traveling for Work, follow much the same theme, while a third blog entry, called Arian Anzarbar – Addressing the Low-Income Housing Needs in Montreal strikes a more serious and socially-conscious tone.
